Jay's Ghost Scorpion chile peppers are a cross between Ghost Peppers (Bhut Jolokia) and Trinidad Scorpions chile peppers. They are grown in two flavors: peach and red. These are some of the most brutal peppers you will ever encounter, according to Ted Barrus, the FBI. He would know!
Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion is the new chile everyone is talking about. Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion is a four year old stable hybrid created by an East Pennsylvania farmer by crossing a ghost pepper (Bhut Jolokia) and a pink or light red Trinidad Scorpion.
Jay's Red Ghost Scorpion is the other new chile everyone is talking about. It's also a ghost pepper and Trinidad Scorpion hybrid created by an East Pennsylvania farmer. It is extremely hot and a little sweeter than Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion. Taking on various of shapes, and tones, this pepper delivers one of the most excruciating, and long lasting burns out there. As per Ted Barrus (The FBI), it's flavor profile combines hints of floral, and citrus, and providing a sudden, and long lasting burn of epic proportions. This one is a "must" try for those who just can't seem to get enough heat!
They have no additives, preservatives and are processed in a "sanitary" environment. These are 100% all natural, and non-irradiated. They have also been tested, and are free of sudan dyes and aflatoxins.
18-20+ dried pods in 1 ounce.

He educated me on what was the right choice and i went with the Jays Reds. They were by far the best choice easily and i am so glad i went with his suggestion. This thing packs some serious heat but at the same time has an amazing taste. Thank you so much Mark and i look forward to doing more future business. Keep up the great products and customer service.
