The Trinidad 7 Pot chile pepper is from the island of Trinidad, and is found in the back country areas of Trinidad. The name comes from the story that one pepper will heat 7 pots of stew.

Trinidad Chocolate 7 Pot Douglah is another super hot chile from the Southeastern region of Trinidad. It is brown in color giving it the name Chocolate and has been rated at over 1,853,396 Scoville Heat Units. It is well known in the pepper community as one of the hottest peppers with the best flavor.
