Jalapeno Grilled Chicken Wings

- 2 lbs fresh chicken wings
- 2T olive oil
- 1T Alamo City Pepper Products Jalapeno Salt
Pre-heat your grill on high heat to 500 degrees F/ 260 C. Combine all of the wings with Olive oil. Toss to evenly coat before adding Jalapeno Salt. Add in the Jalapeno Salt, toss again to distribute seasoning to the wings. Using tongs, set wings over grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side, careful not to burn. Once completed, with your tongs, set wings to back of grill and turn off back element, and continue cooking for about 15-16 minutes. This will allow chicken skin to crisp, and fully develop flavors. You will now have the most delicious, crispy, and flavorful wings to enjoy with your friends.
Enjoy them without, or with your favorite hot sauce. You may not need the sauce, as the crispy skin alone is a truly remarkable!
