A cool twist on salsa!

- 4 cups watermelon, cut into small cubes
- 1/8 tsp ghost pepper powder
- 1/3 cup white onion, chopped
- 1 fresh jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1 Tbl tomato paste
Wear gloves when handling ghost pepper and wash hands thoroughly.
Cut the watermelon into small cubes. Chop the onions and finely chop the jalapeno. Add the watermelon, onion, jalapeno and ghost pepper powder to a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Serve with taco chips.
For a bigger burst of heat, use 1/2 of a dried ghost pepper pod instead of the ghost pepper powder and cut it into small pieces.
